I love food styling and photography. It's an art form that fascinates me. I've been on many sets, and seen and employed many of the "tricks". When done well, it's a true art form. The real pros can make anything look appetizing... even fast food! But we all know the real deal right? Do we really forget from the time we drooled over the perfectly styled and lit photograph on the menu sign to the moment 20 seconds later when we unwrap the actual item?
