Human Touch - Toyota

So often, clients want their ad agency to cram several messages into one spot - like, "we want to highlight all the car's features but also drive home the point that we're a very 'people-focused' company." They want it all. This usually just doesn't work.

This spot reminds me of the Honda Choir ad -- simple idea -- great execution -- very memorable. (Love the headlight guy)
